We also are a consulting partner of Verint-Vovici in South Africa. Originally established in 1997 as Customer-Line, and recently renamed as Customaline, our focus is to assist companies to become truly focused on their existing and potential customers. In many instances there is a tendency to spend time improving internal processes yet the quality of service afforded to customers is lacking.
