Rachel Campbell is Global Head of People, Performance and Culture, as well as Head of People for KPMG Europe LLP. She joined KPMG LLP (UK) in 1989 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1993. After periods working overseas, she became a partner in the Consumer and Industrial Markets group in 2000. Rachel was appointed as Head of People Management in 2003, and as a member of KPMG's UK Board in 2005. Rachel also currently sits on the KPMG Europe LLP Executive Board. In 2007 Rachel was nominated as a Young Global Leader 2007 - an honour bestowed by the World Economic Forum each year to recognise the most distinguished 250 young leaders below the age of 41 from around the world.
