Michael Renzon is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of inQuba, a company focused on Customer Experience Management and Customer Intelligence solutions.

Prior to inQuba, Michael co-founded Intelleca – a company established in 2000. Intelleca, under Michael’s leadership, grew into South Africa's leading provider of voice and contact centre solutions, including speech self-service automation, speaker verification (voice biometrics), Contact Centre on Demand (CCOD), Workforce Optimization, Multi-Media customer interaction solutions, and Voice-over-IP (VoIP) communication solutions.

Michael has 20 years experience in Information Technology. His previous experience includes founder member and Managing Director of Internet Solutions e-Commerce, the largest provider of e-Commerce solutions in South Africa and founder of Ananzi, South Africa’s largest search engine.

Michael holds an MBA from the University of Cape Town, an Honours Degree in Computer Science from WITS University, and a Bachelor of Economic Science Degree.
