Megan qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1996 and a Chartered Marketer in 2010. She started at MTN South Africa in December 1994 and was involved in various operational finance roles until moving to Marketing in 2006,

In 2008, she was appointed General Manager: Customer Management to head up all the customer management and CRM activities within MTN SA Marketing. Her current job responsibilities include Loyalty, Retention, Direct and Digital Marketing as well as CRM Enablement. Her key focus currently is looking at MTN’s customer management strategy and designing the customer experience blueprint.
