• Ica Van Eeden

Ica currently holds the position of Chief Customer Officer (CCO) at Sun International after having joined the group in 2006. She is responsible for driving the group’s Customer Management (CM) strategy which consists of 8 strategic group projects. She holds a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree in Marketing and has 20 years of experience across a wide business spectrum. 

In the past few years, she has been responsible for a massive staff service engagement program across all 27 of Sun International’s properties to engage 21,000 staff members, she designed and implemented their customer service experiences standards across the various Hotel and Casino Touch Points and championed their large scale CRM technology implementation to enable 2,500 frontline with relevant customer information in a single view of a customer across the group.
