What is ECEW 2012?

ECEW brings together the world’s leading customer experience experts for an interactive two-day programme that immerses you in the most critical issues facing today’s business leaders.
ECEW 2012 is our fourth customer experience event in as many years and it promises to build upon the success of the last three. The 2012 event takes place at the new Hilton Hotel, Terminal 5, Heathrow, London on the 22nd - 23rd May 2012.

How does ECEW 2012 work?

Over two days, the ECEW experience comprises a mix of group sessions, discussions and presentations with three flexible “streams”. Each stream has its own focus: social media, financial benefits and employee engagement. The streams run over both afternoons of the event, and you can choose a separate stream topic each day if required.
